Wow! Beautiful, Ruth. You certainly have an eye for plant forms. The simplicity here, and the tension created by the contrast between the sinuous stem and the flower head, plus the fact that you can't actually see them connect, but do so in your imagination, combine to create an image that to me has an energy, like a coiled spring. Love it!
