How do you explain an experimental photograph? I don't think you can. Just look and let your mind fill in the blanks. That said, this is a composite of several photographs which combine to make an unrealistic world. I used "ICM" or Intentional Camera Motion to create the basics in camera. No filters or computer rendering were used. Layering and editing in Photoshop finished things off.
