We have a brand-new photographer shootout video in the works, and we need your help picking the winner.  Click the full post and rate the four images from best to worst to decide who wins and who loses in this new "unconventional use of a backdrop" contest!

Over the years, we have made a ton of photography shoot out videos where we pit photographer against photographer to see who can shoot the most creative image with a limited number of resources in a short amount of time. We are excited to reveal the next batch of images from our upcoming episode, but we need your help picking the winner.

This photography shootout is sponsored by Gravity Backdrops USA and their new line of "Classic" hand-painted canvases. Previously, Gravity Backdrops were only available direct from the company, which is based out of Serbia, but this year, they have created a new U.S. distributing outlet, which means you can purchase Gravity Backdrops through a host of different retailers. Up until recently, each Gravity Backdrop was hand-painted and 100% one of a kind.

With this new U.S. Distribution deal, Gravity Backdrops has released a new line of backdrops called the Classic Collection, which are designed to be consistent enough that you can rent, buy, or mix and match specific backdrops and know they are always going to look and photograph the same. The Classic Collection still comes in various sizes and different levels of distressing, just like the original Limited Edition line. Regardless of the type of image you hope to capture, you can be sure to find the perfect solid color or reclaimed, rustic, hand-painted style.

So, what does Gravity Backdrops have to do with this contest? They sent over a few of these brand-new backdrops and asked if we could put together a shootout style video where the photographers involved had to use their backdrops in a less than conventional way. Their exact words were: "let's see what can be done with our backdrops that hasn't been done before." Other than using a painted backdrop in a unique way, the photographers can shoot anything they want. Of course, part of the challenge will be how quickly they can come up with a theme, build it, and execute the final photography, all while being taunted during the process.

Below are the four submissions from the shootout we are currently editing and will release soon. We need you to rank all four images from best to worst, and early this week, we will film the reaction of who won and possibly even read some of the comments below.

Wanna make it a real challenge? Have the models all be fully-dressed men. Cheesecake hides a multitude of sins.

As the person who set this whole thing up, I would have loved to have had a male athlete or good looking male model for this competition. Unfortunately, it's way easier to find female models (and Puerto Rico adds a whole other complexity to casting as well).

Rank these sexy model photos in order of preference 🙄.

Rank them based on creativity, wardrobe, use of backdrop in a creative way, lighting, posing, final edit...take everything into account.

3 would be perfect if the light was on her face more than the body.

I'd say 3 is my 1st choice.

2 is my last choice. Very bland use of a backdrop.

And, lol at the prude and frigid commenters. These images aren't even overly sexy and risqué. No more than women ballet dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts, etc.

An image doesn't have to be sexy or risqué to be demeaning or disempowering. And, you don't have to be insulting to make a counterpoint.

--- "An image doesn't have to be sexy or risqué to be demeaning or disempowering."

I agree. However, that's the route you're taking.

And, you don't have to make prude and frigid comments every time you see some extra skin. I'm dumbfounded just the fact you're getting your 'lil whitey tighties in a bunch over these images. You seriously need to get out more with people; socialize; and understand and accept there are other genre's than what you do.

You've made my point perfectly. I rest my case.

In all honesty, none of them really pop for me, BUT... There sure is a whole bunch of mean spirited stuff going on here. What's the point?
