Sunrise over Bagan

Bagan, in Myanmar, during the kingdom's height between the 11th and 13th centuries, over 10,000 Buddhist temples, pagodas and monasteries were constructed in the Bagan plains alone, of which the remains of over 2200 temples and pagodas still survive to the present day.
This place is amazing, the atmospheric conditions provide a mysterious mist almost everyday.
From October to March you can take a ride in a hot air balloon during the sunrise. This has been one of the most beautiful (and expensive, 300 USD) experiences of my life.
