View on the Third Bridge

This is a very rare view from on top of the 3rd Bridge crossing from Vitoria to Vila Velha, ES in Brazil. The bridge was shut down for a political protest allowing protesters to march across the bridge, and allowed me a view of Vitoria that I wouldn't normally be able to capture.
