I met with this model at a beach in Laguna. We had no set plan except for what clothes she brought. She made this dress from old curtains (if I remember correctly) and I immediately wanted to shoot that outfit. The dress fit perfectly with the pastel sky. I timed this shot to have the wave crashing in the background.
