Book.

Using the head to an old watering can and a small piece of re-bar, I fashioned a support for this copy of Bram Stoker's Dracula to appear as if it were floating. I had to run over and ignite the book, (fire extinguisher on standby), then run back to my camera which was on a tripod partially buried in the bed of the river for support. This was shot on Ektar 100 medium format film so I was biting my nails the entire time it was in the lab getting processed but I think it turned out great.

Footnote: To all those concerned about burning literature, I bought two copies of the book and kept one for my shelf. No worries!
