this is a Nature thing that happens everyday in almost every hospital all over the world, so I guess I can start NSFW all your landscapes because as a Veteran, those things disturb me since it reminds me of the Wars I have been in. Then again this is just your opinion which doesn't count over here.. Just because YOU find it disturbing, doesn't make it NSFW. No one is going to get fired for looking at what happens in almost every O.R. Once again get over yourself, your not that special.. Stay in your Lane.

You fail to realize that there's no need for blood to show, showing the insides of a human can be a very disturbing image for a whole lot of people.
