The Fisherman

This picture was taken on Pag, Island of croatia in a small village called Dudici. This area lived from the ocean a long time. But the last decades the local fishermen have problems to survive with theire income. Because the big companies are fishing the ocean dry. The local fishermen came back with up to 25 boxes of fish about 10-15 years ago. Today they are happy if they get 5 boxes. There are some sort of fish that they even dont catch anymore.
