Children playing at the beach

This image was taken on December 28 in Galveston, TX. The temperature was about 85 degrees and I was looking to grab a few shots of the sunset at the beach. To my initial disappointment, fog came in just as the sun began to set. Finally the fog created beautiful diffuse light and allowed me to take this high contrast picture of some children flying their Kite. I was using a Olympus OM-D 5 mkII that day with the 14-40mm 2.8 slightly stopped down. The image was just slightly edited in Adobe Lightroom.
