Captured hours after the main storm had passed-temps with the wind chill were pushing down into the teens as the sun set...the pale light was augmented with one off camera flash (SB800) set at 1/4 and softened with a 30-inch softbox. Post-process in PS CC included masked adjustments to the background to enhance the color temp of the blue hour light.
