This is one of my favorite shots. It was my first time in a pit shooting a live concert. I remember the feeling of joy being able to shoot Grace Potter and the Nocturnals at the 2011 Hangout Music Festival. Afternoon sun shooting on beach. Thousands of people behind me. With a fast shutter got her mid flight connecting with her microphone. Rock n Roll is radiating from her voice and from her Flying V guitar.
