Uganda opened my eyes. The population of just under 40 million are growing by 1million a year (according to a local) and I could see why - I met at least 3 people who each have 20+ children! Then I met the woman in the photograph who only has one child (strapped to her back), and I thought it was quite special because she realises she needs to provide for her child and having too many will be a financial burden in the near future. Responsible citizens can shape a country.
