Along Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv I noticed a beautifully colored collection of plants. As I got closer I noticed that growing from each of the stems were these tiny and beautiful flowers. Remarkable. The word "Balagan" in Hebrew translates as chaos.
This photo represents how even though Israel is troubled by chaos, there is still beauty there if you look close enough.
