Lately, I’ve been looking at pictures of Jupiter taken by the Juno Spacecraft. I have always been fascinated by astro- photography and have wanted to take pictures of planets myself. But without the billions of dollars worth of equipment I need to make this a reality, I’m settling for finding objects here on earth that look like planets. In this case, paint cans that haven’t been opened in over a year. I call them Paint Planets.

Equipment used:
Nikon D5300
Sigma 17-70 f/2.8-4.0
2: LumoPro LP180
2: LP605 light stands
2: LumoPro umbrellas
Phottix Ares

Exposure settings:
Shutter: 1/125
Aperture: f/4.0
ISO: 200
Focal Lengh: 70mm
Edited in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
