Headshot with a 3ft octabox on a boom facing almost directly down just in front of the model, so that the model could stuck his head to the light. I also used a reflector (white) from below to get some edge off the shadows without loosing them totally. That's it. Simple one light setup. Shot with a Sigma 85mm F1.4 Art (for EF mount) on a Sony A7 with Sigma MC-11 adapter. Background was done totally in post. Just two layers of concrete texture blended there, some burning and finally gaussian blur to simulate F/3.5 bokeh.
