Asain Lady Bug

Every year these Asain Lady Bugs make their way to South Louisiana. They are a cousin to the traditional red and black Lady Bugs native to North America. This species was introduced to be natural pesticide and the population boomed. They are more orange in color than the native Lady Bugs and are said to be more aggressive.

Shot with a Nikon D5500 and Nikon 40mm micro.
