I tend to get alot of fantasy themed ideas floating around in my head that I really want to create, this is one of those ideas that I have had for years but I was waiting for just the right model to craft the image with.
The location we used was a well known forest close by to my home, quite a popular haunt for families. With this, and the fact it was Summer, in mind we started our shoot at 6:30pm, this photo being taken around 7:30. Seeing the photo on the back of my camera made my heart skip a beat as it looked exactly how I had been imagining it for all this time.
I tend to avoid heavy editing in PS (I'm not a big fan), so there was only a little shadow balancing as I was super happy with how it looked!
Although the model was relatively new to photoshoots, she followed directions incredibly well and had lots of creative input to make this whole shoot even better, bringing her own props to work alonside what I had brought.
