Desert Mountain

Jebel Jais is the tallest mountain in the Arab Peninsula crossing the border between Yemen and the U.A.E, with its peak in Yemen. Two friends and myself road for 6 hours with a delightful cab driver from Dubai here with stops all along the U.A.E. where we were able to experience the abundant hospitality of the local people and see the diverseness of the emirates. The wealth of Dubai has brought countless travelers to the malls, water parks, and souks. The true beauty lies in the hospitality of the people once you get outside of the city.
