Sunlight breaks through storm clouds in dramatic fashion along the Gulf Islands National Seashore, near Pensacola Beach, Florida. During the summer season, in the afternoon, pop up thunderstorms create dramatic cloudscapes of endless variety in shape, form, light and shadow. While photographing nature at the beach, a photog almost needs gecko eyes to spot all the variety of shots that present themselves.
