Children will always be children. No matter where they live or what their backgrounds are, the art of 'playing' is what makes children who they are. These boys where running and jumping up and down those stairs for as long as I watch. It was that special moment, the 'decisive moment' that Henri Cartier-Bresson talks about that makes this image work so well.
