Who got the deal?

Love this photo which is rare for me to admit I'm happy with my work but this has a little story in my mind. This little Thai girl has just bought a small bag from the man in the background and if any one has battered in a Thai market place you know how much of a mark up they put on their items (fair enough) so it can be hard to know if your getting ripped off. So did she get a deal or did he rip her off??
