I had spied this composition as we climbed down to Man'O'War bay, so after shooting there I made sure to put the telephoto lens on in the shelter afforded by the cliffs - when we climbed back into the open the gusts were so strong that you felt at risk of being blown over at times - and I certainly didn't want to be changing lenses in those conditions!
Thankfully, the extreme wind also ensured the presence of some brilliant texture in the seas, which nicely mirrors that of the cliffs of Bat's Head and Swyre Head.
