Beautiful. Like the light on the hair from camera left. Good balance of what appears to be a soft light source from above camera right (window?) and fill to soften the chin shadow.
Her left eye is pin sharp but the right seems to go a little soft, due to DOF, I guess. This is unexpected at f5, but renders a nice 3D look.
I would personally prefer a slightly stronger lipstick and a gentle touch of blush to bring up the cheek bones.
