Picture was taken at 10pm in many parts of the world its dark already at that time of the day. not in scandinavia. it was the blue hour. about 1 hour after sunset. Was standing on a landing stage and had just the few rocks in front of me to form the foreground. The mountain in the bg is called freikollen and its the highest landmark of Kristiansund. Exposure blending of two pictures.
