Till Death do us Part

Cancer knows no boundaries, doesn’t care about race or religion. Traveling through central Honduras with a team of doctors and dentists from Oklahoma and Tennessee during a recent mission trip, I met this man and women when they visited the temporary clinic where we were working in the local school building. She has been fighting cancer and was looking for help. We prayed for her and made arrangements for her to get an appointment at the hospital in the capital city Tegucigalpa. I gave her and her husband a ride back to their house where she allowed me to photograph the scar from a previous surgery.

I'm sure this kind of trip has it's highs and lows. Important back story, it makes this editorial photo have more impact. Good job.

Great job, in every way!
