Bee collecting pollen

I love that the lens I use for capturing shots of eagles and ospreys from far away, my 200-500, can also capture decent closeup shots like this one.

My daughter, who shoots nature photography with me, pointed out these bees collecting pollen, while I was wandering around them looking for something to shoot. So I got down low on the ground with her and we shot them as they flew from flower to flower. Pretty challenging, but for me, it was also quite a challenge getting back up afterwards (darn old age) :)
