I'm immediately drawn in because of immense separation you have with your subjects and the background. The bokeh just enhances the image in a spectacular and ingenious way. You've shown how a simple composition can take an image to great lengths, by showing a little bit of the human element (the hand in the corner), by your great use of depth of field, by the overall composite in post-production. Also, if i may add, those highlights bouncing off the creamy liquid on the dessert itself is amazing...
My favorite part of this image is the added, faded, smoky splash right at the edge where the pour meets the dessert. Well done, sir.
