During astro season, I am always on the lookout for an interesting foreground. While in Kiama, I was walking by these lovely flowers in the morning when I realized that the Milky Way core might be visible here at night. When I reached the place later that evening, the ground was lit with lights from a distant house. While I was first annoyed by all the light, I realized later that the light was just enough to light-paint the foreground. Sometimes, things work out for the best :)
