While visiting old friends on the east coast last winter I had a day to explore the landscape of Cape Cod. A friend told me about Marconi Beach and after riding with him to work he let me borrow his car for the day. The beach was completely devoid of people, and had fresh snow covering the sand and cliffs. It was one of the most beautiful combinations of weather and landscape I've ever seen.
