Faces of Karachi - An insight into mental health

This was my first walk around with the fuji 50-140mm. I think mental health week which just passed had been on my mind and I saw this gentleman in this pose writhing on the sidewalk - I spoke to some of his friends - he no longer speaks and has a hole in his bladder which I hope I can help him with. The image struck me as a reminder of how important it is to resolve internal conflicts. I would love feedback on processing and impact.
