This is a result of a small photo walk with a friend in Berlin Mitte. It was early after noon. I was focusing on shapes and interesting lighting situations as I found this location. I love dark smooth gradients and contrasting images. I like how the direct light is behaving on the buildings facade and the more or less indirect diffuse lighting on the 'S-Bahn' sign. I was shooting this photo downstairs of a 'S-Bahn' station entry along the sign. It was a little difficult getting a interesting composition with the two elements, the sign and the building. Post processing was done in Photoshop.
