Lone Walker

My military friend and I went out to the West Side of Texas to capture the meteor showers.
it was a cold but it was fun. I got creative with what I had in my bag. I wanted to do like an Alien setting. it took numerous hours of trying but I managed to snap the shot as I was behind him and I had let my external flash go off, which created the ring of light on the dirt trail. What I did not notice was that as I shot this image the little bit of the end tail of the Milky Way is present in the photo.
This was on like a 20 second timer and bracketed 3 times.
