It is actually quite easy to do, the only thing you need a video ball head for your camera you just have to move it from right to left for a couple of seconds with a ND 10.
You are looking at a sunrise. The first "layer", on the bottom of the image is the sea then you have trees (the black line) then the sun and finally the declination of colors in the sky. on the upper part of the image I did the same thing, another day, and combined both images in photoshop.
