What you looking at is the marvellous Consosep Falls near the Mt. Isarog in the Philippines. Mount Isarog is a potentially active stratovolcano located in the province of Camarines Sur, Philippines. Camarines Sur is one of many hidden gems in the Philippines. If you didn´t already know- the Philippines consists of over 7000 islands!!! There´s so much to see if you are into untouched nature and beautiful landscapes! Technically the Consosep Falls consists of several falls, but i found this is the most marvelous one. It´s a half an hour trip with the car from Pili, the capital of the Camarines Sur province and then a 15min hike down through the jungle. What can be more refreshing on a hot day, than a cold bath in the cool pool of a waterfall?:)
After taking this shot one leg of my tripod disappeared in the vast of the waterfalls. Fortunately AFTER i took the picture!!! My cousin, who was with me, was concerned about my camera-standing on my tripod just one inch above the surface of the water!!!
