Fall Mood

As I mention in my profile, I'm an amateur enthousiast with no access to models or pro lighting setups (not yet, I suppose). What i do have is a big love for headshots and portraits in general and an equal love for editing and post processing, so, the most you can wait from me is portraits of my wife and close friends from different outings and trips. So this is my wife and this photo was taken in an early fall trip to a place called "Vrontou" near the foot of mount Olympus in Greece, while we were visiting a famous chapel called "Agia Kori". Before you get to the chapel, you have to clim down 200-300 narrow stairs at the edge of a slope, while enjoying an amazing view of the massive gorge in which the chapel is build. The light was not perfect while we were climbing down so I decided to go for a shot while we were gonna climb back up, and i still think that was the right decision. While climbing the stairs back up the sky was overcast so I went for it. The picture was taken at 85mm, f/4, 1/640sec, ISO100. On post, after color correcting, I decided to lighlty color grade the image to match that "Fall Mood" I'm talking about on the image's title. I also went for a "Matte" look by brinking up the left side of the tone curve. Hope you like this one!
