this is amazing. My wife is a midwife she done her dissertation about giving birth in water. She will absolutely adore this.
I love the reflection from above and the colour scheme that could be straight from a renaissance painting. I don't know how many takes it took to have the fabric arrange itself this way (perhaps done in post) but it is just perfect.
