Morning With The Elephant

Sunrise, clouds and the Elephant arch at Valley of Fire. All came together for a great morning at this somewhat well known icon. This is not an easy composition to make. Behind the elephant is the east entrance booths and the road into the park. Then I also wanted the sun between the trunk area and the body. Near here there is also a baby elephant arch which is another shot for another time.
