Bird Man

I saw a transition from satiation to a commotion in this scene. The gulls in the foreground are satisfyingly floating, in the middle, some are starting to fly to grab the food and in the top its full-blown chaos for the same.
In the middle of all this action is the man in pink who is cleaning his hands by rubbing them and seems to be the reason for all this action. Hence the Birdman.
