Interesting choice of engine, I'm writing to you in my garage beside my 67 mustang fastback!
This picture as potential, you should crop the grass out and remove some space behind the car too to give the impression that it's moving or about to go. A flash inside the car would brought the red interior more too.
I like the feel of the shot, a powerful vintage car in front of an area correct garage. Other than the newer style wheels on the car it looks like it could been taken back in the days. The background doesn't steal the attention.
This isn't my car unfortunately, but it was built by a local restoration shop here in Sioux City, IA. I think for most of the images in this set I would have went with a 16x9 crop to eliminate some of the foreground, but left it 3x2 for the upload.
I was a bit limited for time and space so tried to do what I thought looked best - unfortunately this angle didn't have much room to back up as it was a road on an incline. But I'd agree, the car could probably use some more room.
The thought of lighting the interior didn't really cross my mind - the shoot was for the wheel company predominantly and so I tried to focus on that. The rest of the images from that day are on Forgeline's site if you care to check it out.

Thanks for the feedback, would love to see your car!

Nice shots on your linked page. Strangely enough even if I own my car since 30 years now, I don't have nice shots of it. Something I will have to fix!
