The day I went to take this picture at Morant's Curve in the Banff National Park (10 minutes out of Lake Louise Townsite) we got about 30cm of snow and it kept falling. There ended up being a train derailment an I had to wait over 3 hours to get this pic. The towel I had on my camera had a couple inches of snow by the time I was able to this picture.
I love how the falling snow captured my experience out there. I swear there are some mountains in the background way past the fog/cloud.
Much better without birds!
Thanks... wasn't sure at first, thought it might be too much.
