This is Paris, and she is a 13 year old actress, I reached out to her grandmother ( manager ) and asked if she would be interested in some headshot, the ones she had were not that good, in fact all the images in her portfolio were not good at all, long story short, 7 days after I took her headshot Disney is asking for her demo reel.
