This portrait is from our "Passions" series. I wanted to do a studio shot for students that had a particular passion in their high school years. Each student brought a prop to show that passion. After seeing the items, I decided to to a selective color treatment to highlight the item. I also wanted all of the images to be unique as they could be while keeping the lighting, depth and mood the same.
Looks like his passion is being serial killer ;). Quite scary
Well, he is a murderer of baseballs :), and also one of the nicest kids you'll ever meet. They idea of the series, especially with the athletes I photographed was to play it serious. Believe me there are images of him with a grin on his face as well. Not really what I was going for however. Thanks for your reply!
