Shot in my home studio with Elinchrom flash, this concept grew out of an idea by switched-on model Amelia Mary, who wanted to model a lampshade. My wife and fellow photographer Kristin had recently received the flamingo a a present, and the lobster just happened to colour match the dream. I texture wrapped the hem of Amelia's dress onto the lampshade in Post, adding the glow. Otherwise it was a 'straight' shot...
