A mechanical lamp timer together with a pair of delay relays makes a slow lapse timer with a minimum interval of 15min. One delay relay wakes the camera up and holds the shutter long enough to take a picture, The other delay relay is set to switch shortly after the first one to release the shutter. The whole contraption starts as soon as the lamp timer switches on. It works! Built for an upcoming art school assignment of my girlfriend
