The volcano crater Stutur in the Icelandic highlands.
Our plan for that day was Landmannalaugar, seen in the background. But the weather got worse and worse and so did the road. Luckily we made it this far, before we had to turn around. The weather was horrible and as I stood there it was shoot one shot, wipe the lense, then shoot again. Still, it was an amazing view!
In the post processing I have dehazed quite a lot to get more details of the crater, which was covered in rain.
Also added more saturation to the greens, and worked some with light and shadows.
