Sunset through Seljalandsfoss' Eye

What a location to be treated with our first Icelandic sunset. Just glorious!

A few years back, my wife and I went on an epic 23 day road trip in amazing Iceland. Being there late June meant that the sun would just barely spend some time under the horizon, messing up with our time perceptions and easily getting me confused between dusk or dawn.

When we parked on site, never would I have expected to see anyone still finding enough lift at such a late hour (must have been around 11pm) to fly paragliders along the ridges of Seljalandsfoss.

Got behind the waterfall with my Zenitar 16mm Fisheye and only had to wait for a minute before one of them showed up in the frame. Perfect ;-)
