Glascow view !

Had one night over in Glascow last week and wanted a classic rivershot from there squinty bridge. Crappy weather but at least the rain stopped for awhile so I could shot through the blue hour and make a blend. Was expecting some more lights. Anyone know when they have proper lightning on them?
