Composite. Last year I had tried to take a shot at the Milky Way on the Bush Highway in Arizona. Though the Milky Way was in frame, it was too far off from the mountains. So, fast forward to present day, I was able to take a photo from recent and use it in its stead. Funny, the foreground and the sky were taken with the exact same settings, just a year apart.
