KATHAKALI

Kathakali is one of the prominent dance forms of Kerala. To perform it, artists deck out in elaborate costumes and colorful makeup to tell stories from Hindu epics. This was shot on my Kerala tour at a local dance hall. I tried to make a lowkey shot to make the dancer glow out of the photo.
